Application to Join the Foundation for Medieval Genealogy

Registered Users and Members have access to the FMG's Users' Area containing the online version of our biannual journal 'Foundations' and various other online resources. On registration you will be issued with a User ID and password. These are for your personal use only and should not be revealed to any other people or organisations.

To submit the application click the "Send Application" button below. If you have completed the form correctly you will be taken to a page which has a link to our secure online payment facility. You will receive an automated response acknowledging receipt, then a further email once your application has been processed, granting you access. Please remember that the subscription is purely to cover the substantial costs of running the Foundation, and all officers of the FMG are unpaid volunteers.

By submitting an application to join the Foundation for Medieval Genealogy you are agreeing to be bound by its rules and standards, as set out in the Constitution, available on request. The personal information provided to us will only be used for administrative purposes within the Foundation for Medieval Genealogy (under the controls of the Data Protection Act 1998). It will not be passed to any third party without your permission.
