Abstract by Steven Edwards - 14 Apr 2004
The Archdeaconry of Oxford was in the Lincoln diocese until 1541/42, and some peculiars in the Banbury area remained with Lincoln. This article is a list of sources relevant to Oxforshire studies. Includes some medieval items: probate records, bishopric estates records.
